Technical innovation is our core competitiveness as a premium high-pressure cylinder manufacturer.
We build a professional in-house R&D center composed of senior pressure vessel engineers, material research specialists and structural optimization technicians, focusing on new material development, structural upgrading and extreme-scenario product iteration of high-pressure gas cylinders.
Our delegated R&D team independently develops anti-corrosion alloy materials, high-pressure resistant cylinder structures and optimized heat treatment crafts, owning multiple invention patents for high-pressure container manufacturing.
We target harsh working conditions including ultra-high-pressure, low-temperature environment and corrosive gas storage, solving core technical pain points of traditional industrial gas cylinders.
Equipped with a first‑class, independent closed‑loop testing laboratory, we have deployed a full set of imported precision testing equipment: material spectral analyzers, hydraulic burst testers, cyclic fatigue test systems, low‑temperature simulation chambers, and non‑destructive flaw detectors.
The laboratory conducts fullscope raw material composition analysis, semifinishedgoods inprocess inspection, prototype performance verification, and finishedproduct ageing tests, with no reliance on thirdparty outsourcing.
We integrate R&D standards into the whole quality control system to realize unified technical benchmarks from R&D prototype to mass production.
Embedded stringent qualitycontrol supervision covers every production procedure, from rawmaterial screening through to final finishedproduct audit. All nonconforming products are eliminated at source to guarantee the long service life and superior safety performance of finished cylinders.
Manufacturing Development History
2017
We finalized the technology for seamless steel gas cylinders, completed the construction of relevant plant facilities and equipment, and commenced mass production.
2019
Following stable mass production of steel cylinders, we quickly kept pace with market developments and added production facilities and equipment for alloy aluminum cylinders.
2025
Driven by corporate growth and technological development requirements, we constructed a new plant building for the R&D and manufacturing of Type III composite cylinders. Since the end of the year 2025, we have already achieved mass production of Type III cylinders, which are applied to medical‑oxygen systems, SCBA, hydrogen‑storage cylinders for drones and outdoor‑sports applications.
2026
We have already completed the full R&D phase of Type IV cylinders, and we are currently conducting internal testing. Accordingly certification procedures for Type IV products will be initiated, with official market launch scheduled for early 2027.
